Prime was founded in New Cairo by Amin Hamdy, who has worked in East Cairo real estate for more than fourteen years. What started as a small advisory practice around the Fifth Settlement has grown into a brokerage covering Cairo’s new cities, the North Coast and the Red Sea.
We are not a developer and we don’t push one brand. We compare projects across developers, explain the real cost of a payment plan, and tell clients when the better decision is to wait. That is how most of our clients come to us: through someone we helped before.
